Merchandise must be new, unworn, unwashed, and must have all tags attached with no visible signs of wear.
Swimwear must be unworn with all tags and hygienic liner attached in original packing.
Damaged or missing merchandise must be reported within 48 hours after you received the package. Please contact our customer service within photos of damaged merchandise/name of missing merchandise and order number.
We only offer free replace items if they are defective or damaged.
