Return Policy

By submitting a request through fadcover, you are agreeing to the following terms. We have made these arrangements to ensure that you are fully aware of our discount and return policies and procedures. These agreements pertain to U.S. citizens.

A. 30-Day Return Policy

If there are any quality issues, we offer a 30-day merchandise exchange policy, which means you have 30 days from the time your order is accepted to seek a return. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met.

Return and Exchange Conditions

  1. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  2. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  3. All items must be in the same condition as you received them, unworn or unused, have tags, and be in their original packaging.
  4. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items: On sale items or gift cards are non-refundable. Damage/loss caused by customers is non-refundable.

B. Return Process

To initiate a return, please send an email to If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to ship your shipment. We will not accept returns without first requesting the return of the item(s) to us.

Returns: If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address, as well as

instructions on how and where to send the package. (Note: items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange using a shipping method that provides tracking information and a signature, as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges. Refunds or Exchanges: Once we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 1-3 business days and then offer an exchange or refund.

C. Damaged or faulty products or problems

If it is not too much trouble, please investigate your request after receiving the item. If the item is defective, damaged or you received something you are not satisfied with, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the situation and make the correct action.

D. Exchange

We will only replace anything that is damaged, incorrectly made, incorrectly sized or defective. If you need an exchange, please contact us at

If the return is due to our problem (e.g. incorrect product, product quality), we will provide you with a full refund; if the return is due to the buyer's problem (e.g. didn't like/didn't want the item, ordered the wrong product/size), then the buyer shall pay the shipping cost.

E. Return Fee

There is no restocking fee for returns.

F. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if a refund has been obtained.

If authorized, your original method of payment will be promptly returned within 2-3 business days.

Taxes are not refundable. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

G. Cancellation of orders.

If you contact us promptly after your purchase, we can cancel your order for you. If your payment has been completed but the package has not been shipped, you may cancel your order before the item before delivery of your order. We will refund your money in full. Orders cannot be cancelled after the package has been shipped.
